For more than thirty years, Jim has represented individuals and small businesses across northeast Ohio. Jim practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. Jim also counsels small businesses in their formation and ongoing legal matters. He is a graduate of St. Edward High School and received his BA and JD degrees from the University of Toledo.

Richard has aggressively represented individuals and small businesses in civil matters for over twenty years. He graduated from St. Edward High School, received his BS / BA from The Ohio State University, and his JD from the University of Toledo.

Jim Sr. founded the firm. He dedicated his life to serving others. Jim served his country as an artillery officer in the Army during WWII. He then served his state as a Lt. Colonel in the Ohio National Guard Reserves. Jim served his city as Law Director and Mayor of Fairview Park. He dutifully served his clients as their lawyer for fifty-years, and his family as husband to Ann and father to their six sons.
